Filing documents


Unless listed below, all forms must be filed through the NSW Online Registry (see File Online for more information). 

The following forms may be filed by email to IRC.emailfiling@courts.nsw.gov.au until further notice:   

  • APPLICATION FOR RECOVERY OF MONEY AND CIVIL PENALTIES;
  • APPLICATION, GENERAL FORM;
  • APPLICATION FOR STOP BULLYING ORDER;
  • RESPONSE TO APPLICATION FOR STOP BULLYING ORDER;
  • APPLICATION FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT ORDER;
  • RESPONSE TO APPLICATION FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT ORDER;
  • NOTIFICATION OF WHS DISPUTE;
  • APPLICATION UNDER S 146B OF THE INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT;
  • APPLICATION FOR AN ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY DISPUTE;  
  • NOTIFICATION OF PROPOSED ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT;
  • APPLICATION FOR LEAVE;
  • NOTICE OF CONTENTION;
  • SUMMONS TO CONFER; OR
  • APPLICATION FOR REINSTATEMENT OF INJURED WORKER.

Do not email multiple registry email addresses because this may delay the processing of documents. 

All other forms can only be filed by email if the NSW Online Registry cannot accept the form due to technical difficulties and filing the document is of sufficient urgency that the party cannot wait for the issues to be resolved.  In that instance, the email must set out why it is being filed by email instead of via the Online Registry and include screenshots of the error message.
