Senior Commissioner Nichola Constant

Senior Commissioner Nichola Constant was appointed as a Commissioner of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales in 2018 and the Chief Commissioner from 2020 to July 2024.  

Senior Commissioner Constant has more than 20 years of experience in industrial relations, public sector employment, and dispute resolution. Prior to her appointments, Senior Commissioner Constant was the Assistant Crown Solicitor for Employment and a Director in the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office.
