Industrial organisations can file an application for a Work, Health and Safety or Right of Entry permit online for consideration by the Industrial Registrar.  

It is not mandatory to complete all fields in the application form, but the permit holders name and the permit number must be completed. See Permits for more information.

WHS Permit details can be viewed online.

Digital Permits can be cancelled or returned online. Hard copy permits must be returned by posting them to the Commission.
