An Application for leave to issue a summons must be emailed to IRC.Summons@courts.nsw.gov.au for consideration. 

If leave is granted, the party can submit the summons through the NSW Online Registry.

Legal practitioners do not need to apply for leave and can file a summons through the NSW Online Registry.
