Amended Practice Notes - 14 August 2025
Arising from a review by the Industrial Relations Commission of Practice Notes, the following revised Practice Notes were made on 14 August 2025 and are now published on its website:
- PN 3 – Approval of Enterprise Agreements.
- PN 6 – Applications for New Awards or Variations to awards by Consent.
- PN17A – Unfair Dismissal Applications.
- PN 23A – Public Sector Disciplinary Appeals.
- PN 24A – Procedures for Matters Arising under the Police Act 1990 (NSW). (which replaces Practice Note 24)
- PN 25A – Pre Judgment Interest Rates.
