Arising from a review by the Industrial Relations Commission of Practice Notes, the following revised Practice Notes were made on 14 August 2025 and are now published on its website:

• PN 3 – Approval of Enterprise Agreements.
• PN 6 – Applications for New Awards or Variations to awards by Consent.
• PN17A – Unfair Dismissal Applications.
• PN 23A – Public Sector Disciplinary Appeals.
• PN 24A – Procedures for Matters Arising under the Police Act 1990 (NSW). (which replaces Practice Note 24)
• PN 25A – Pre Judgment Interest Rates.
