Amended Practice Notes

The Industrial Court Criminal Practice Note 1 has been amended as of 1 August 2025. The amendments reflect the Usual Directions for sentencing (paragraphs 39-41);  the fact that the Registrar now manages the WHS Monday List (paragraphs 42-44 and 46) and the updates made to Practice Note 32 relating to the formatting of electronic submissions of court books and email attachments (paragraphs 31 and 57).
