Guide to Summonses

The Rule Committee of the Commission has issued "A Guide to Summonses in the Industrial Relations Commission (PDF, 197.9 KB)". As its name suggests, the Guide assists parties to understand how to go about preparing, applying for and issuing summonses.

All users of the Commission are encouraged to read the Guide before next applying for a summons.
