Registrars |
The final Registrar’s list for 2025 will be held on Monday, 22 December 2025. The Registrar’s list will resume on Monday, 12 January 2026. |
Online Registry and Online Court |
The Online Registry will be operating 24 hours a day during the vacation period. “Parties are encouraged to file any applications or documents via the Online Registry during the vacation period. Any document that requires manual filing by the Registry will be processed and stamped as having been filed on Monday 12 January 2026. |
The Parramatta and Sydney Registries will be CLOSED from 12:30pm on Wednesday, 24 December 2025. to Friday, 9 January 2026. All documents delivered or lodged electronically in the registry for manual filing during this period will be processed and stamped as filed on Monday, 12 January 2026.
