Fee changes implemented by the Industrial Relations Commission and Industrial Court

Effective 1 July 2025 the Industrial Relations (General) Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2025 has increased the Court and Commission’s fees by 2.4%.

The Amendment also introduced a fee for Notice to Produce to Court in line with the fee to issue a Summons.
