Automatic language translation
Our website uses an automatic service to translate our content into different languages. These translations should be used as a guide only. See our Accessibility page for further information.
From 13 June the Commission is trialling the filing of Award applications via email to the Registry, IRC.Registry@courts.nsw.gov.au
However, to assist the Registry we require the following:
1. Completed Award application https://irc.nsw.gov.au/documents/forms/Form_14A_Application_for_Industrial_Instrument.pdf
2. For consent award applications, an affidavit is required https://irc.nsw.gov.au/documents/forms/Form_43.pdf
3. Provide paper copies (original plus 1 copy) to the Registry within 3 days (via post or at Registry).
4. Include in your cover email or attach a list of all documents attached to your email for filing.
5. The documents for filing must be:
6. Provide the main contact name and email address for other parties to the award.
If these requirements are not met then the usual means of filing applies: Registry or via post.
Once Awards are made, word and tracked versions are required.
