We remind parties that unless the directions of the Commission include a specific time, the filing on a particular date must be completed by 4pm when the Registry closes.
If the Commission has given leave for a document to be filed electronically by a specified date, then filing must occur before 4pm, unless the Commission has specified a different time.
Any documents filed electronically after 4pm will be deemed filed the following day unless the Registry opening fees are paid by the party seeking to file after 4pm.
