- Notice of Motion (Civil only)
- Notice of Motion – Substituted Service (Civil only)
- Notice of Appearance (Crime only)
- Notice of Change of Solicitor (Crime only)
- Notice of Ceasing to Act (Crime only)
- Notice of Intention to file Notice of Ceasing to Act
The addition of these Forms will make it easier for parties to file their material with the Industrial Court and the Commission. To do so, users must register in the Online Registry portal and create an account. Given these forms can be filed using the Online Registry they are not to be filed by email, unless technical difficulties prevent you using the Online Registry.
PLEASE NOTE that any ‘Application to Commence Proceedings for a Summary Offence’ filed after 4pm on any business day will not be considered by a Judge before the following business day.
