New unfair dismissal forms

A new Unfair Dismissal Application form and a new Employer's Response to Unfair Dismissal Application form came into effect in the IRC from 2 February 2022.

The previous version of the forms will be accepted by the Registry for a period of three months (until 1 May 2022).

These forms will be available on this website by the end of the week.
