New Usual Directions

The Industrial Relations Commission of NSW Rule Committee has reviewed the Commission’s Usual Directions pursuant to s 185A(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1996.

To ensure the efficient running of matters and to retain hearing dates, parties will note the new in person Compliance hearings before the Registrar.

The updated Usual Directions are now available on the Commission’s website.
