Permit Applications are moving online

The Commission is modernising the application process for Right of Entry and Work Health and Safety permits.

As the Commission continues to work towards a new fully online form system, the interim solution is to accept permit applications via email to IRC.EntryPermits@courts.nsw.gov.au .  The Commission will return the permits to the applicant electronically.

The permits look identical to the hard copy versions and the format allows the permit holder to print (choose the print option ‘actual size’) and laminate if a hard copy is preferred or use the electronic version on the phone.

In terms of security, all Permits will be secure and protected to ensure robust security.  The Commission uses highly configured SSL encryption for email distribution from our internal network as well as domain security.   All Permits will be issued as a secure PDF.  The Commission will password protect all PDF Permits  which will prevent any edits to the PDF other than by the Commission.
