Registrar’s lists to be conducted in Sydney

From 2 April 2026, all lists conducted by the Registrar will be held in Courtroom 1.1 at 47 Bridge Street, Sydney.

The Registrar currently conducts the following types of lists:

·      Compliance Checks on Mondays;

·      Work Health and Safety matters on Mondays;

·      Return of Summons on Wednesdays;

·      Recovery of Money applications on Wednesdays; and

·      Other Directions Hearings on Wednesdays or as needed.

All lists will now be conducted in person, including lists which had previously been conducted by Audio-Visual Link (AVL) or via telephone. Parties or Representatives wishing to appear by AVL must consult the Commission's AVL Protocol and ensure they comply with the requirements.

Representatives and Parties are expected to check the Online Court Lists page to confirm whether their matters listing has vacated or changed because they are subject to change.
