Our website uses an automatic service to translate our content into different languages. These translations should be used as a guide only. See our Accessibility page for further information.
The Commission prioritises in-person hearings but can allow a party to appear by audio-visual links (AVL) where there is a good reason. AVL access for media and observers can be granted at the discretion of the presiding decision-maker. For cases generating a large public interest the IRC can broadcast live proceedings.
