The Full Bench has completed the three-yearly review of the Principles for Approval of Enterprise Agreements.
Please follow this link https://www.caselaw.nsw.gov.au/decision/17f24190464e8b2db3eeb25e to the Full Bench’s decision of today’s date. The decision annexes the revised Principles for Approval of Enterprise Agreements which are effective from today.
