Practice Note 10 - Notices of Motion has been revised and can be accessed here.

Practice Note 10 applies to all proceedings in the Commission and requires interlocutory applications to be brought by a notice of motion in UCPR Form 20, supported by an affidavit. UCPR Form 20 can be accessed at https://www.ucprforms.nsw.gov.au/

The revised Practice Note will take effect from 13 March 2023. IRC Form 2 will be obsolete from that date.
