The Commission's Annual Report 2025 now available

The Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (Commission) published the 2025 Annual Report today. 

Key highlights include:

• 18% increase in the number of new matters filed in the Commission; 
• 80% increase in the number of listings;
• 36% increase in the number of matters finalised.
