The court list is a schedule of the matters to be heard before the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (Commission) and the Industrial Court of NSW the next business day. It is posted on the Commission’s website in the afternoon. The below court list which is regularly updated to record changes.
As the Commission operates across two primary locations, at Bridge St, Sydney and Smith St, Parramatta, it is important to check carefully the location of the listing for your matter.
The court list includes important details about proceedings such as the time, location and the name of the Member who will preside over the matter. A key detail is the type of listing, which is the purpose of the appearance before the Commission and assists parties and/or their representatives with their preparation.

The 2025 Court term commenced on Monday, 3 February 2025 and will conclude on Friday, 19 December 2025.
The Industrial Court of NSW vacation will commence on Monday, 22 December 2025 and will conclude on Friday, 30 January 2026.
The Industrial Relations Commission vacation will commence on Thursday, 25 December 2025 and will conclude on Friday, 9 January 2026.

The interactive court list, at the NSW Online Registry, allows you to search for a particular case by name, case number, location, date, jurisdiction, title of presiding officer and type of listing (for example, directions, hearing, judgment and so on). You can search for cases listed up to two weeks in advance, and for previous listings that have occurred in the last seven days. The online court list is updated several times a day.
