The Full Bench of the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (NSW) (Commission) can hear an appeal from a decision made by a single member of the Commission or the Industrial Registrar.
Appeals regarding a question of law in a public sector promotional and disciplinary matter; a decision about an industrial matter made by the Local Court of NSW or a criminal conviction (and the related sentence) made under the Work Heath Safety Act 2011 (NSW) are heard by the Full Bench of the Industrial Court.
