Contract determinations and agreements

The Industrial Relations Commission oversees proceedings for the avoidance and variation of unfair, harsh or unjust contracts, with consequential orders for the payment of money.

The IRC also makes contract determinations that involve some private sector employment in NSW, mostly in the transport sector.
