Justice Chin, Vice President, and Commissioner Webster will talk about the fundamentals of appearing before the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (Commission) as an advocate, focussing on the resolution of industrial disputes in conciliation. This seminar is tailored for industrial officers, solicitors and other less experienced advocates, and for those wishing to brush up on the basics. Come along for some tips on how to effectively appear before the Commissioners and Judges of the Commission.
The seminar will be held both in-person (with limited seating) in Court 4.1 of the Chief Secretary’s Building, 47 Bridge Street, Sydney and online on 26 March 2025 at 5pm.
