From 13 October 2025, the Industrial Relations Commission and Court has acquired new powers in respect of Stop Bullying and Sexual Harassment matters. 

This seminar will highlight the Commission’s new powers under Chapter 3A, including:

• Who can bring a claim
• What should be included in the application and reply
• The powers of the Commission to make orders
• The processes the Commission will adopt in conciliating and arbitrating matters
