Communicating with the Commission


This guide addresses how to appropriately communicate with the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales (Commission). It should be read subject to any order or direction given by the Commission or Registry.

Only necessary or required communications should be sent to the Commission. Email is preferred, and in respect of proceedings that have commenced, always copied to the other party at the time they are sent.

Communications to the Commission may be directed to the Registry, members of the Commission (for example, Commissioners and Justices) or the Industrial Registrar using the contact information below.
