Note: Fees for services in the Industrial Relations Commission are prescribed by the Industrial Relations (General) Regulation 2020. See: Summary of Fees. 

Parties need to comply with rule 2.5 of the Industrial Relations Commission Rules in relation to the number of copies of applications and evidentiary material filed before the Commission. Files may be marked non compliant and referred to a Commissioner for failure to comply with this rule.
